For spill control products, what do the colour codes refer to?
There are three colours that determine what kind of spill the control products can be used on:
- Grey indicates general purpose [universal] for everyday and varied spills.
- White indicates hydrocarbon, oil and fuel spills common in workshops and industrial facilities.
- Yellow indicates varied chemical and hazardous spills.
Remember – always consult relevant MSDS before attempting clean-up.
Does SpillPro offer floor sealing and coatings?
SpillPro offers epoxy resin coatings for industrial, commercial and domestic flooring requirements.
From floor-sealers to seamless epoxy coatings, we cover a wide range of applications and offer an extensive colour range.
We can also supply non-skid aggregates for slippery surfaces. We offer two grades: quartzite and black silicone carbide course. Both create a high-quality non-slip surface.
Do you only lease parts washers – or can I buy one outright?
We sell parts washers and offer both short and long term leases. There's no minimum lease period – simply tell us know how long you need the machine for and we'll build a package to suit you.
What kind of machine do I need for my operations?
We have different machines for different applications – from small parts to large hubs and bearings. Call us and we'll be happy to advise you on a solution to your problem.
Do you sell the cleaning solution for parts cleaning machines?
We sell both liquid and powder cleaning products. We'll be happy to advise which is best for you depending on the machine and its application.
Can you service a machine that I own?
Yes. We can provide a service cycle to meet your specific cleaning and maintenance requirements.
Can you repair my machine?
Yes we can. Our workshop can provide a quotation for the repair/replacement of your machine.
Do you provide spare parts for your machines?
Yes. We can provide spare parts for every machine we sell.
Do you service the machines you sell?
Yes, we can service the machines on an "as required" basis. Or we can set up a regular service cycle that suits your work load.
What is the best type of oil skimmer to use on a spill at sea?
The drum skimmer is the most efficient with a 95% oil-to-water recovery ratio. It is also very versatile, recovering all types of oil with varying viscosities.
How do you eliminate clinical waste in a remote hospital?
Incineration is the best way of dealing with waste in remote situations. It can be done cleanly with our Medical Waste Incinerator, saving on waste transportation costs.
Is dispersant safe for the environment?
Definitely. Dispersants must pass stringent toxicity testings before being approved for use. State-of-the-art spraying equipment like BoomVane Dispersant Systems and Neatsweep eliminates over-spraying onto unaffected areas.
Do parts go rusty after being cleaned in a parts cleaning machine?
Our cleaning agent contains an additive to help reduce rusting. If cleaned parts are to be stored for any period of time, we suggest they be coated with a rust-prevention product and wrapped.
What is your cheapest cleaning rag?
The cheapest rag product may not be the best option. Tell us what you want to use the rag for and we'll recommend a cost-effective rag that gives great results.
Do you deliver?
We have scheduled delivery runs to a number of areas. If you are in a scheduled delivery area we will deliver at no charge. We can also arrange freight.
What type of spill kit do I need?
Tell us about your business and what is your major concern is. We can build a spill kit to suit your specific requirements.
We have a NSW EPA licence. How do we ensure we comply with its conditions?
We can undertake an audit of your site and recommend spill management requirements. We can also provide various levels of spill management training.
Do you offer customer accounts?

Do you accept credit card payment?
We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Are you open on the weekend?
No. Our office hours are Mon to Fri 8am – 4pm.
How do I prevent contaminants entering my site's stormwater drains?
You can prevent oils, fuels, sediment and other contaminants from entering the storm water system with Drain Warden. It's specially designed and easy to install.
What can I use for temporary oil and fuel storage?
We construct collapsible portable bunds in custom sizes to suit many applications. We also supply a range of bunded containment pallets.
How do I safely store IBCs in an outside area?
We have several options for secure outdoor IBC and drum storage solutions including custom-fabricated models.
