About Richard Tonkin

Richard Tonkin has been the Managing Director of SpillPro since 2020, providing leadership and strategic direction across all business areas. Since joining in 1998, he has played a key role in developing SpillPro into one of Australia’s trusted names in spill management and environmental protection.

Richard joined SpillPro in 1998 as General Manager and has played a central role in shaping the company’s evolution over the past two decades. He guided SpillPro through its transformation from GE EnviroSolutions to the nationally recognised brand it is today.

With more than two decades of experience in business operations and environmental solutions, Richard guides the company’s focus on quality, innovation, and compliance. His approach ensures that SpillPro delivers practical, sustainable solutions that protect people, workplaces, and the environment.
